Age Requirements

All drivers must be at least 18 years of age. An additional surcharge may apply for young or senior drivers; any applicable fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Driver’s License

Drivers must hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years to rent a car, and at least 1 year to rent a scooter, motorcycle, or ATV. Detailed license requirements per vehicle category are clearly specified during the booking process.

Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in the rental price.

Local Taxes & VAT

All local taxes and VAT are included in the rental price. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.

Fuel Policy

We operate a "same-to-same" fuel policy. You should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when collected.

Traffic Violations & Fines

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period. Any unpaid fines or penalties will be charged to the renter, including any administrative fees that may apply.

Or Similar

Vehicles are categorized according to type and specifications. We cannot guarantee a specific car model; however, we guarantee a vehicle of equivalent size, type, and features ("or similar") within the selected category.

Cancelation Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.

Insurance Coverage

We offer two insurance options (only applicable to cars):

Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.):
Includes Personal Accident Insurance, Theft Insurance (T.I.), and Theft & Fire Protection. This option does not cover damages to the full body of the vehicle, undercarriage, wheels, tyres, mirrors, glass parts, or windscreen. An excess amount applies.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (S.C.D.W.):
Includes all benefits of C.D.W., with additional coverage for damages to the full body of the vehicle, undercarriage, wheels, tyres, mirrors, glass parts, and windscreen, as well as Zero Excess protection.

Note: For motorcycles, scooters, and ATVs, damage coverage is not provided.

Delivery & Collection

Vehicles are delivered and collected at designated locations, which you can select from the list provided during the booking process. For deliveries or collections outside our office operating hours (08:00–23:00), an additional fee of €20 will apply.

Car Replacement

In the unlikely event of mechanical failure or accident during the rental period, we will provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent category and features as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Baby Seat & Booster Seat

Baby seats and booster seats are available upon request. The first baby seat is provided free of charge. Additional seats may be provided at an extra cost.

Additional Driver

You can add one additional driver to your rental agreement free of charge.

Road Map

We provide a complimentary road map of Corfu with every rental.

GPS Navigation

GPS navigation devices are available upon request at an additional daily charge. The applicable fee will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Key Loss

In case of lost or damaged keys, including cases where keys are locked inside the vehicle, the renter is responsible for all associated costs incurred for replacement, repair, or retrieval.

Ferry & Cross-border Restrictions

Transporting the rental vehicle on ferries or traveling abroad is strictly prohibited.
